Driveway Design & Planning – Tailored Solutions for Every Home

We contracted @Neil Walker Landscaping to install a new path for us to make it easier for my wife - who uses a wheelchair - to enter and leave our home. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted and contacted the company for a quote. They got back to me very quickly to arrange a site visit and - based on my ideas - came up with a plan we were both happy with. The quote arrived within a day or so. It was within the ballpark of what I expected and thought it was reasonable considering the stratospheric rise in cost of materials over the last few years. They were able to start work quickly because it was a relatively small job compared to what they usually do for customers around the area. The job was done quickly, professionally, and with minimum of fuss. The team are great, and the communication was terrific. The path itself is of an extremely high standard, has been remarked on positively by anyone who has seen it, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Easily 5 stars.

Can’t begin to explain how amazing our experience with Neil Walker landscaping & driveways was. From first consultation with Alan right through to end product was an absolute breeze. Communication was second to none. I changed my mind about 3 times on design and each time Alan told me he would come out as many times as it took to get it right. The squad of boys and Neil turned up to start our garden and I’ve never met a friendlier bunch. Every morning they arrived prompt and battled through some horrendous weather, not once did I see the pace slow down or any one of them stand about doing nothing. They were an absolute pleasure to have at my property. Every day was cleaned down and tidied to how it started off that day and other than the bags of materials you would never know they had been on site. True professionals, perfectionists in every way and their work speaks for itself. Can’t thank the squad involved enough for giving us the perfect garden we always dreamt of. 👌

Professional, Quality, Knowledgeable, Friendly. We’ve just used Alan and Neil Walker for a 2nd time for those reasons. They previously completed our fabulous patio and have just transformed the front of our house with an exceptional driveway and decorative bedding areas. All work was completed to a high standard with real attention to detail and quality. The team were always punctual, polite and very tidy - no piles of earth were left on the roadside with minimum disruption for the neighbours.
The foundation of the driveway was important for us, to endure two heavy EV's without subsidence. The guys shifted c. 50 tonnes of earth before building up the layers of the foundation. Other companies who quoted, did not convince that they would pay that much attention to the foundation. Communication was great throughout the process and the job was completed well within estimated time, even with January weather.

All of the team were friendly, professional and very courteous and worked through some terrible weather condions to get the job done. Everything was left spotless at the end of each day.
