From the very first time we met Alan and talked through our ideas, we felt reassured that he understood what we wanted to achieve - basically a low maintenance garden with more usable space that still looked great. Ryan, Eric, Matthew and Stuart (?) who came to do the manual work were amazing - they worked tirelessly, no matter the weather, and were so friendly, polite and professional. They cleaned up every single day before they left, so despite the huge extent of the work being done, the surrounding areas felt immaculate, which kept our neighbours happy too! Having put off getting our garden done for literally years, we now wish we'd done it sooner. It was such a good experience and the end result is even better than we hoped. We recently had our old driveway replaced by Neil Walker. The business was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Prompt response to our inquiry with site survey and design planning taking place shortly thereafter. Work commenced a few weeks later and was performed to a high standard, on time, and under budget. Inevitably, as with most projects, we had some snagging issues on completion. These were dealt with the next day, without equivocation, to 100% satisfaction. Our house has now had a significant boost in kerb appeal, more than likely offsetting at least some of the cost of investment. Would happily recommend Neil Walker to anyone seeking to replace their driveway. Their reputation for excellence is well deserved.

We used Neil and his team to install drainage in our new-build garden in 2025 after experiencing severe flooding across our street. Having used the company at our previous home, I trusted Allan’s advice to invest in a deeper, more thorough drainage system rather than the shallower options some neighbours had chosen. I deliberately waited a year to review the work so we could properly test it through a full Scottish winter, and the results speak for themselves. Despite some extremely heavy rain, our garden has not flooded once, while neighbours with shallower drainage have unfortunately continued to have problems. Fantastic knowledge, workmanship and service. Worth the investment and very highly recommended!

We had a long driveway done in block and two patio areas at the rear done by Neil walkers recently. From the initial consultation with Alan through to the last sweep up everything was handled very professionally by the team. Appointments were kept, timescales stuck to and the site was left as tidy as possible every night.
